Give Composting Toilets to Native American Elders

Many Diné elders on the Navajo Nation cannot afford to pay $15,000 for a septic tank installation. This leaves them with the options of building an outhouse or paying monthly fees to rent a Port-a-John from a town that is 30-40 miles away, which can result in an expensive monthly bill.

The Helping People Project Inc. is looking for funding in order to provide elders with composting toilets which will provide them with self-efficiency and comfort in remote locations.
