Our Lead Fitness Coach and Co-Founder, Sean Etsitty, is a world-class personal trainer with a degree in Exercise Science from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.

As an MMA fighter, Sean practices his teachings and has been personal training for over three years. He is certified in Personal Training, Kettlebell Training, and Strength Training for Young Athletes by the National Council on Strength and Fitness in addition to being a certified Diabetes Educator/Paraprofessional by the American Association of Diabetes Educators.

In regards to fitness, I love to break down exercises into queues that clients can focus on while completing the prescribed movement. Additionally, I like to use visualization techniques and reference real-life situations where the prescribed exercise is applicable. For example, if I were to prescribe the Farmer’s Carry to a client, I would tell them to imagine they are holding two heavy bags of groceries, and they must get the bags inside without dropping them.  

I find it most effective when I use simple terms with clients to ensure understanding. Unless a client asks for the scientific reasoning as to why we are doing something, I do my best to avoid confusing clients with unnecessary scientific jargon. However, if they are interested in the specifics, I work with their current knowledge of the body and can provide detailed explanations as to why they are performing certain exercises.

Includes:

  • Texting and email access to a personal trainer, ask any fitness questions you may have and receive weekly check-ins 
  • Development of a customized, 4-week exercise program created based on scientific principles and your fitness goals, your time commitments, your access to equipment, and your preferred method of resistance training
  • Send pre-recorded weekly updates on how your week is going and receive feedback

Gold – $80 USD/month

Includes:

  • Texting and email access to a personal trainer, ask any fitness questions you may have and receive weekly check-ins 
  • Development of a customized, 4-week exercise program created based on scientific principles and your fitness goals, your time commitments, your access to equipment, and your preferred method of resistance training
  • Send pre-recorded weekly updates on how your week is going and receive feedback
  • Record yourself performing prescribed exercises and in return receive a recorded biomechanical analysis
